迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店是全球第二家“范思哲”主题酒店,刚开业一年多。今年一月,适逢迪拜全年最凉爽的时候,在明媚的阳光下驱车30分钟从市中心来到这里入住三日,终于看清一个世界顶级经典品牌的魂灵精髓所在,也领略到詹尼・范思哲和妹妹多纳泰拉・范思哲兄妹的伟大,前者是创新的奇才,后者是继承发展的高手,接续打造出如此庞大而精微的时尚帝国,创作丰富多彩精品无所不及,直到推开“范思哲主题豪华酒店”这扇大门。


迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店和8年前在澳大利亚布里斯班开业的黄金海岸范思哲宫殿酒店几乎是同时开始规划设计的,风格如出一辙。躲过2009年迪拜经济危机之后的范思哲酒店重启建设,历经多年更有耐心的深化设计和精细建造,慢工出细活,如今更加完美惊艳。


像在澳洲黄金海岸一样,迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店依然把无所不在的范思哲设计元素蛇妖美杜莎头像和“希腊钥匙”永恒回纹渗透到酒店各个经营场所和数不清的酒店用品上。从外到内,由表及里,范思哲原有的个体艺术元素就这样被放大扩散,“基因重组”了,过去只用于服装头巾首饰上的精美小图案摇身一变,被立体化空间化建筑化,成了十几万平方米大型建筑内外兼顾的设计主题,一个名副其实的“主题酒店”就此诞生。


迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店堪称一座范思哲艺术博物馆。多纳泰拉・范思哲妹妹成功地重组了从 哥哥那里继承而来的所有可利用艺术资源,带领自己的团队建立起一组完整的范式美学系统框架,在两座范思哲酒店的建筑设计景观设计和室内设计中长袖善舞,运用自如。


在迪拜范思哲酒店这座艺术殿堂里,既有大堂空间里的重点出演,也有走向客房的序列重复;既有范思哲经典图案的高调推出,又有融合当地文化元素的细节设计,天衣无缝,十分完美。住在酒店里的客人,只要有心,有时间,都会很快沉浸在范思哲美学的优雅环境之中,绝无审美疲劳之感。


迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店以新古典主义意大利宫殿式样与阿拉伯建筑元素相融合,展现出一组高高在上稳重华丽的建筑组合。酒店在这组建筑的中间,最高九层,共有215间宽大奢华的单间客房和几种套房,客房中的家具和用品无一不是范思哲独家专有精品,蛇妖美杜莎在各个角落里对你微笑。酒店两侧是范思哲迪拜公寓住宅,形成两翼展开的样式,共有169户住宅,每户面积都不小,从180平米到1200平米都有。在酒店大堂里,一进门的地面就是范思哲的标志图案美杜莎头像,全部以意大利大理石马赛克镶嵌而成;抬头看向天花,则是全手工制作极为精细的金箔藻井和一盏重达3吨的手工吹制的波西米亚玻璃大吊灯。这盏特制的灯造型别出心裁,手法现代却姿态优雅,成功地向外界宣示了酒店不可撼动的豪华地位。


酒店的大堂酒廊,干脆起名为“ 以昂贵的艺术地面为骄傲。多达Mosaico 1000平方米的酒廊地面竟是 ”(马赛克),这里一个巨大的范思哲传奇头巾的印花图案,居然以150万件彩色大理石马赛克拼贴而成。大堂酒廊沙发和座椅的靠垫中印有反映当地阿拉伯风俗的传统图案,如骆驼鹰隼和孔雀等,但色调却完全与范思哲特有的色系相融合。显然,这个马赛克酒廊就是酒店的第一舞台,华丽雍容,气色娇艳。这个经典不衰深入人心的时尚品牌,在自己的主题酒店里,再次得到人们的宠爱。


在酒店的流动空间中,上百张范思哲经典女性晚礼服的手绘草图在一层公共楼道里的墙面上展出,让人目不暇接。而以范思哲最著名最经典的二方连续图案“希腊钥匙”图形连成的永恒回纹,贯穿在所有公共区域的地面装饰和栏杆扶手装饰中,不仅出现在大堂石材地面的围边图案中,也是各层客房走廊地毯花边波打(border)的唯一选择。“希腊钥匙”的完美比例和“永恒回纹”的无穷延伸力被范思哲精心炼造,至今独此一家,绝无分号。


SPA当然也是范思哲酒店不可缺少的奢华服务之选。在酒店西翼的一层,拥有七个理疗室一个水疗套房和一个美容美发沙龙的水疗中心为住店客人和公寓住户提供周到的理疗服务。


美国传奇音乐巨匠爵士乐之父昆西・琼斯的第一家酒吧 在迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店的首层开业,如今已年逾八旬的昆 Q‘s也西曾是迈克尔・杰克逊成年专辑的第一位音乐制作人,也是27次格莱美奖的获得者,还是北京奥运会和上海世博会的音乐指导,他的大名使这家迪拜最受欢迎的现代娱乐场所备受尊崇。当然,Q‘s音乐酒吧虽不售门票,提前预订座位却是必须的。


迪拜范思哲宫殿酒店有两个以意大利语命名的正餐餐厅,一个叫“谜” Enigma,提供正宗波斯菜;另一个叫“浮华” Vanitas,提供现代版意大利休闲正餐。 两个餐厅的菜谱中都少不了大名鼎鼎的中药材藏红花作为配料,因为酒店米其林星级主厨曼苏尔・迈玛瑞安Mansour Memarian是伊朗与德国的混血儿,也因为世界上真正优品的藏红花大都来自伊朗,于是珍贵的藏红花就成了两个餐厅的宠儿。有趣的是,两个餐厅的名字加在一起正是“浮华之谜”,神秘浪漫的隐喻诱人心领神会,谁都要亲自体验一次方能罢休。


1978年, 32岁的乔万尼・詹尼・范思哲Giovanni GianniVersace在米兰创建了自己的品牌。四十年间,从戴安娜王妃到美国第一夫人,范思哲的作品究竟诱惑了多少人,数也数不清。而四十年后这些经典艺术系列竟仍然如此好看耐看,仍然如此经久不衰,仍然饱含那种独一无二的诱惑和神秘,其中的奥妙之深,设计之精,魅力之大,传承之广之久,全世界又有几个?

HOTEL ELITE MAR APR 2019 Palazzo Versace Dubai is the world‘s second ”Versace” theme hotel. In January of this year, when it was the coolest time in Dubai, I drove 30 minutes from the city center in the bright sunshine to come here and stay for three days. Finally, I saw the essence of a world class brand and learned about the greatness of innovative wizard Gianni Versace and his sister Donatella Versace. The sister is a master of development and she continues to create such a large and subtle fashion empire and pushed open the door to the ”Versace themed Luxury Hotel”.


Like Palazzo Versace Gold Coast, Palazzo Versace Dubai infiltrates the ubiquitous Versace design elements of the ”Medusa Head” and the ”Greek Key” into the hotel‘s various premises and countless hotel amenities. From the outside to the inside, the original individual artistic elements of Versace have been enlarged and spread out into a ”genetic recombination”. The delicate small patterns only used on clothing, headscarves and jewelry in the past are now transformed into threedimensional design theme flling both space and construction of a large building of more than 100,000 square meters.A ”themed hotel” was born.


Palazzo Versace Dubai was almost planned simultaneously and designed in the same style like Palazzo Versace Gold Coast, which opened in Brisbane, Australia eight years ago. The Versace Hotel project in Dubai was resumed after the 2009 Dubai economic crisis. After years of patiently deepening of design and finetuning of construction, Palazzo Versace Dubai is even more amazing and everything is perfect. Slow work does make fne work.


Palazzo Versace Dubai is truly a Versace Art Museum . Donatella Versace succeeded in reorganizing all the available art resources inherited from her brother and led her team to establish a complete aesthetic system framework for the architectural design, landscape design and the interior design of the two Versace hotels.


In the art palace of the Palazzo Versace Dubai ,there is major performance in the lobby space as well as a sequence of repetitions in the guest rooms; both the highprofile introduction of Versace classic patterns and the details blended with the local cultural elements are perfectly done.For guests living in the hotel, as long as they have the intention and time, will soon be immersed in the elegant environment of Versace aesthetics, without any sense of aesthetic fatigue.


Palazzo Versace Dubai combines neoclassical Italian palace style with Arabic architectural elements to showcase a set of highrise buildings. The hotel is located in the middle and has a maximum of nine floors, with 215 large and luxurious single rooms and suites. The furniture and supplies in the rooms are all exclusive Versace works with the Medusa smiles at you in every corner. On both sides of the hotel is the Versace Dubai apartment house, which forms a twowing style. There are 169 houses, each of which is generous in size, ranging from 180 to 1200 square meters.


On the lobby floor is Versace‘s signature Medusa Head all inlaid with Italian marble mosaics; up above the ceiling is a handmade, extremely fine gold foil caisson ceiling and a 3 tons handblown bohemian glass chandelier, which successfully declares the luxury status of the hotel with its unique modern and elegant style.


The hotel‘s lobby lounge, named as ”Mosaico”, is proud of its expensive artistic grounds. This 1000 square meters lounge floor is showing a huge Versace legendary headscarf print made of 1.5 million pieces of colored marble mosaic. Traditional cushions of the Lobby Lounge sofas and seats reflect the local Arabian customs such as camels, eagle owls and peacocks, printed in colors that are completely integrated with the unique colors of Versace. Obviously, this mosaic lounge is the top stage of the hotel. Versace, a classic fashion brand deeply rooted in people‘s hearts, is once again favored by people in its own themed hotel.


Hundreds of handpainted sketches of Versace‘s classic women‘s evening gowns are displayed on the walls of public corridors. Versace‘s most famous and classic ”Greek Key ” pattern runs through the floor decoration and railings in all public areas, not only in the rim pattern of the lobby stone floor but also in the carpet border of each guest room. The perfect proportion of the ”Greek Key” and its inexhaustible extension is carefully crafted by Versace, and there is no second one in the world so far.


The SPA is of course an indispensable luxury service at Versace Hotel. On the ground floor of the hotel‘s West Wing, a SPA center with seven treatment rooms, a SPA suite and a beauty salon provide thoughtful treatments for inhouse guests and apartment occupants.


Q‘s, The first bar of Quincy Jones the father of American jazz, also opened on the first floor of Palazzo Versace Dubai. Quincy, who is over 80 years old, was the first music producer of Michael Jackson‘s adult album. He is also the winner of 27 Grammy Awards and the music director of the Beijing Olympics and Shanghai World Expo. His name makes this Dubai‘s most popular modern entertainment venue highly respected. Of course, although Q‘s music bar does not sell tickets, it is necessary to reserve seats in advance.


Palazzo Versace Dubai has two Italianinspired dining restaurants, one called ”Enigma” which offers authentic Persian dishes and the other called ”Vanitas” which offers a modern Italian casual meal. The recipes of the two restaurants use the famous medicinal saffron as an ingredient, because the Michelinstarred chef Mansour Memarian is a mixedrace of Iran and Germany, and since the world‘s real good saffron is mostly from Iran, the precious saffron has become the darling of two restaurants. Interestingly, the names of the two restaurants add up to ”Vanitas Enigma”, the mysterious and romantic metaphor is tempting and fascinating. Anyone would want to experience it at least once.


In 1978, 32yearold Giovanni Gianni Versace founded his own brand in Milan. From Princess Diana to the First Lady of the United States, the number of people that have been tempted by Versace‘s work is countless. Forty years later, these classic art series are still eyecatching, longlasting and full of unique temptation and mystery with depth of subtleties. How many brands are there in the world that can deliver such fine design, great charm and vast heritage


When visiting Dubai, do stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai for at least two or three nights and enjoy the magic of worldclass ”Temptation Aesthetics” textbooks.
