The South Beach impressively blends supersleek modernity with heritage buildings. It joins the current heritage site formerly comprising three army blocks and the NonCommissioned Officers Club with ecofriendly buildings to present a visionary mixeduse development, striking the perfect balance between work and play, creating a H.I.P. （Highly Individualized People and Places） environment for creative individuals to gather or be Alone Together, and adding an impressive new landmark to Singapore‘s iconic skyline.
One of the three active bars LAUGH is the most interesting. The bar is located on the first floor of the hotel, facing Nicoll highway. The blend of rich and colorful wall design and a wide variety of mashup seat furnishings have added a great sense of humor to the bar design. In addition, there are up to 43 social spaces bursting with imagination. Each space is set up with chairs of the most unique designs. Every corner, every turn, you encounter this quiet inspiration and fun. Before long, you notice yourself asking for more.
