Hotel Plaza Athénée, officially recognized as a Palace hotel, is an absolute Parisian star. Since its first opening in 1913, it quickly became a gathering place for Paris‘s cultural and celebrity elite. It has continued to shine brightly during the ”Roaring Twenties” and after the war.
In 1946, Christian Dior established his first Dior store just a short distance from Hotel Plaza Athénée, and cohosted many Dior fashion shows with the hotel since then, forming a relationship that has lasted for over seventy years. In 2008, the hotel established the Dior Spa, further deepening their crosscentury friendship.
